Ever since I could remember I was always in the kitchen with my mum every Sunday as she would bake us yummy cakes or tray bakes for our school lunch boxes. I always loved helping her out, especially when it came to taste testing.
I became a qualified chef at a young age while working in restaurants in Australia. During my training and while working in the UK I found a talent for preparing desserts and dessert plates.
I am lucky enough to have travelled internationally taking in all that I could.
While working at the Porthminster Café in St Ives I produced my first wedding cake. I loved the experience and decided to pursue this branch of the hospitality industry.
I completed an internship with one of the top UK cake decorators based in London. I had the opportunity to prepare cakes for Harrods and was a part of a contracted team who travelled to the Middle East to deliver and prepare cakes and desserts for royal weddings.
All cakes are baked fresh to order using the finest ingredients.
It brings me such excitement to deliver unique and classic designs for those special days.
